		<description>Job done. If you resize the photo to around 800 pixels on the longest side and set the resolution to 72 pixels per inch you will optimize the photo for the web. Then, when you upload it it will appear as a thumbnail in the section below the write box. Left click the image and click on linked to image and then send to editor and that should sort the picture out.
